A blend of a perfect split between Cabernet Franc and Merlot, that is aged for 20 months in 40% new French oak. Displaying a pretty medium-hued ruby color with a garnet rim, this wine gives notes of boysenberry, spiced red plum, leather, chocolate, and a hint of fresh mint. Round and plush in the mouth, with no harsh edges, the tannins are plentiful but tempered and the acidity pushes close to the high range. Enjoy this one for the next decade or more.
