The 2011 'Entre Nous' is a very approachable Cabernet Sauvignon dominated blend by wine maker Philippe Melka. It starts out with mountain berries before the cherry pie flavors are intermixed with light oak and clean minerality. The underlying acidity provides nice lift, but it seems to get cut short on the finish, this is a nice effort in a tough vintage, but clearly not their best showing.
