The 2012 Tina Marie Vineyard Pinot Noir is a very pretty showing. It opens with aromas of bright strawberry and zesty raspberry fruit along with sweet spices and dried floral which burst from the glass. This possesses wonderful clarity and a gorgeous soft, delicate texture that will instantly win you over. It shows impeccable balance and a seamless transition from start to finish. Other wineries that source fruit from Tina Marie label their wines as Russian River Valley, however Banshee choses to label theirs as Sonoma Coast (both are allowed) because the style of this wine is more similar to that of a Coastal influenced Pinot. This is just a beautiful wine to drink now or cellar for up to a decade. 5 Barrels made. (Best 2014-2024) - March, 2014 (JD)
