Domaine de La Côte ‘Estate’ Pinot Noir is harvested from all 40 acres of the estate in the Santa Rita Hills. It is a thrilling wine, displaying fabulous aromas of red berries, dark cherry, smoke, fennel seed, tobacco, earth, musky herbs and lots of floral notes. The fruit is so pure and dances across your palate. Very balanced with a delicate mouth feel. This can certainly use some time in bottle to develop and should evolve gracefully for over a decade. 645 cases bottled. 50% stem inclusion. 12.5% alcohol. 15% new barrels.
