The Hirsch estate owns about 4 acres of Chardonnay, and it is all used for their estate bottling. This is such an interesting and unique Chardonnay, bringing intoxicating aromas of baked apple, ripe Asian pear, green herbs, cinnamon, cardamom, licorice, straw and floral notes. It is extremely well made and downright delicious, there is no doubt that this will win over most. It can be approached now with some air contact, or aged for a decade.
