The Philippe Prie Brut Tradition comes from 30 year old vines and is comprised of 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. There are lovely aromas of toasted brioche, lemon curd, nectarine, pear and fresh floral which burst from the glass. It possess an amazing texture coupled with vibrant acidity and dry finish.
