The Cuvée Syrius is a blend of Syrah (90%) from limestone soils and Carignan (10%) from clayey soils. There is an expressive nose of black fruit, tobacco, blueberry jam, brown butter, fresh mineral, dark chocolate, tar and herbs. It is powerful and structured with good concentrated fruit that stays balanced through the finish. A great food wine, especially for BBQ season.
