The 2015 Ceretto Barbaresco is a lovely wine, which is sourced from younger vines in Asili, as well as sections of Bernadot in Treisoit. This is a classic expression of Nebbiolo and begins with aromas of dried red fruits which mingle together with florals and spices. On the palate this is medium-bodied with fine tannins and lovely overall balance. Overall, a beautiful Barbaresco, however it is still quite timid at this early stage, and will certainly need some time in the cellar to unwind.
