The 2015 'Aspect' Pinot Noir is crafted to illustrate the terroir synergy possible from diverse aspects found within one vineyard estate and it certainly does not disappoint. It instantly begins to impress as the aromas red and dark fruits connect with earthy and stony undertones. On the palate this wine is simply irresistible as flavors of black tea, tobacco, leather, red cherry preserves and cranberry show serious range to complete this exceptional bottling. While this is the most accessible of the new Pinot Noir releases from Domaine Serene, it also possesses excellent aging potential and should continue to shine for years to come.
