The 2016 Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir is Sandhi's Appellation level wine. It begins with elegant aromas of black cherry, red berries, dark soil and dried spices all taking shape in the glass. On the palate this is soft and inviting, with a medium body and silky tannins making for an easy going and accessible Pinot. This is drinking excellent right now, and should continue to do so over the next handful of years.
