EPOCH ESTATE WINES 'Sensibility' 2015

Sourced from the Paderewski and Catapult Vineyards, the 2015 Sensibility is composed of 96% Grenache (Alban 1 and 362 clones) and 4% Syrah. which was aged for 18 months in 14% in concrete egg and the balance in French oak puncheons. It begins with gorgeous aromas of red fruits, florals and spices with subtle herb and smoke nuances all taking shape. On the palate this possesses a medium-full body with a gorgeous velvety texture, which is beautifully balanced. It displays wonderful depth and concentration as it expands seamlessly on to the long finish, which is laced with fresh red fruits and pretty spices that leave a lasting impression. Absolutely sublime, this stunning red should go on to drink beautifully over the next decade, although it will be extremely hard to resist in its youth.
