The 2016 white blend from Savage is composed of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Chenin Blanc. It begins with a very expressive aromas of tangerine, pineapple, white peach, lychee, cut grass, crushed seashells and fresh white flowers. The texture is gorgeous, with lots of lively acidity, backed by wonderful complex flavors and a laser focused finish. This is a classy white that is excellent now and has the potential to evolve well over the next handful of years.
