The Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc from L'Abbe Dine, opens with beautiful aromas of fresh sliced green apple, starfruit, ripe melon, along with hints of jasmine and crushed stone. Medium body, with flavors of orchard fruits, candied pineapple and mineral on the palate. Overall a focused white with some potential for cellaring. Wait a year or two and drink over the next decade.
