The 'Suize' Viognier was pressed whole-cluster and aged 20 months before being bottled without fining or filtration. It opens to inviting nuances of white peach, fresh vanilla blossoms and hints of orange zest. On the palate this possesses a gorgeous rich creamy texture, backed by a lovely touch of acidity keeping it fresh as citrus and pretty floral note mark the back end. This is drinking beautifully now and should continue to show well with some additional bottle age.
