The 2017 'Lousas Parcela Camiño Novo' Ribeira Sacra is a brilliant wine from Envinate. It begins with a gorgeous range of pure, vibrant aromatics consisting of red cherries, wild red berries and black raspberries, along with fresh violets, dried spices, orange zest and brine and crushed stones that all develop in the glass and continue to carry follow on the palate. This is beautifully structured displaying lovely elegance and precision, with a gorgeous medium body. It goes on to impress with an amazing combination of bright acidity and wonderful mineral undertones all working together to keep it fresh and inviting through the mouth watering finish. While this is simply delightful today, yet has the potential age marvelously for quite some time.
