The 2021 Tench Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a magnificent showing in this vintage. It showcases a wonderful aromatic profile consisting of blackberries and blueberries which are woven together with violets, herbs, licorice and hints of iron. On the palate this is just as impressive, boasting a full-bodied texture that is layered and well-structured with big velvety tannins. It goes on to impress as it displays outstanding depth and complexity all the way through the incredibly long finish. While this is excellent today, it will certainly go on to provide drinking pleasure for many years to come. Another simply remarkable wine from Proprietor Stu Lerner and Winemaker Russell Bevan.
