The 2020 Lobo Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon is a lovely showing in this vinragea as aromas of black cherries and cassis are woven together with exotic spices, cigar box, herbs and a dried orange peel character all coming together beautifully. On the palate this is medium to full-bodied with notable underlying acidity framing its core where flavors of red and black fruit along with exotic spices continue unfold though the finish. This Cabernet is drinking beautifully today, and should offer a drinking window that spans nearly a decade.
