The 2021 'Space & Time' is an absolute beauty of a wine that is composed of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This has it all, stunning aromas, gorgeous fruit and impeccable structure that ties it all together. It begins with wonderfully complex aromas of ripe dark currants and blueberries that are joined by violets, mocha, graphite, tobacco, loam, gravel and hints of wild herbs that all come together seamlessly in the glass. On the palate this is full-bodied and structured with beautifully polished tannins resulting in a luxurious mouthfeel. This displays tremendous depth and concentration backed by a core of ripe dark fruits, sweet spices and mocha nuances, which all cascade on to the long, opulent finish. This is a total masterpiece from Aaron Pott that is a knockout today, but will also go on to offer a drinking window that could easily span two or three decades. Simply Brilliant!
