The 2018 Alta Cabernet is beautiful. It begins with gorgeous aromatics of blackberries and dark cherries which are woven together with spices, herbs, tobacco, violets, which all leap from the glass. On the palate this is beautifully structured and balanced, with remarkable purity of fruit, freshness and energy. It is well-defined with incredibele precision and displays excellent length through the finish. While this is already absolutely outstanding, it also possesses all the signs for an incredibly brilliant future ahead.
