The ‘Cuvée Jumille’ is a wonderful effort in 2012 from Domaine de Saint Paul. It instantly opens with a gorgeous fresh character, followed by aromas black cherries and dark plums, spices, wet stones and subtle hints of roasted coffee. On the palate this delivers a wonderful layered texture, while showing excellent balance and structured all the way through the finish. This still needs a bit more time, but there is already plenty to like here. 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. (Best 2016-2026) - December, 2014 (JD)
