The Château Fleur Cardinale is a fantastic showing in 2011. As this slowly unwinds in the glass it releases gorgeous aromas of ripe blackberry and dark cherries followed by spring florals, spices, graphite, cedar and toast. Is it beautifully balanced with a rich plush texture and a gorgeous layer of underlying acidity that lends to the juicy finish. This is an exceptional value and an excellent wine that will be approachable early, yet has the potential to age nicely over the next decade. (Best 2016-2026) - January, 2015 (JD)
