Absolutely gorgeous Pouilly-Fumé, with wonderful aromas of lychee, citrus zest, morning dew and spring flowers bursting from the glass. This demonstrates excellent structure and is beautifully balanced with a racy core of acidity. The finish is driven by flinty minerality making this is impossible to resist.
