The 2011 Villero is a simply beautiful Barolo from Oddero made in a traditional style. As this slowly begins to unwind in the glass, it releases gorgeous aromas of red fruits, dried floral, licorice and mint followed with rustic notes of fresh porcini and leather nuances. This is firmly structured, backed by fine, tannins which lead to the beautiful finish. Overall, the 2011 Villero is sensational effort and a truly classic Barolo in every sense of the word.
