MASSICAN 'Gemina' 2014

2015 TOP 100 WINES | Rank #59

The 2014 Massican Gemina from winemaker Dan Petroski is a fantastic blend of 71% Greco, 29% Pinot Grigio. The aromas jump from the glass, with lots of tropical fruit, green apple, lime peel, followed by hints of grapefruit, fennel and white flowers. On the palate this wine is racy, with lots of bright citrus, crisp orchard fruit and stony mineral. It all leads into the long, vibrant finish. (Best 2015-2020) - July, 2015 (MD)
