The 2012 Domaine Lécheneaut Nuits-Saint Georges ‘Les Pruliers’ is sourced from 40 year-old vines. This instantly bursts open with bright aromas of black raspberry and cherries followed by spices, white pepper, fresh violets and smoke. This is well balanced and focused, showing a vibrant core of acidity which resonates onto the lively finish. Today the ‘Les Pruliers’ has lots to offer, but should show even better if allowed a few more years of bottle age to evolve. (Best 2017-2028) - July, 2015 (JD)
