This 125 case production Syrah was sourced from Les Collines Vineyard and Seven Hills Vineyard. This weighs in at 14.4% alcohol but you wouldn’t know it from tasting the wine. Lovely rich aromas of milk chocolate, sagebrush, Espresso bean and red currant. Flavors of raspberry, red cherry, pomegranate, roasted figs and milk chocolate. The finish lingers for 20 plus seconds.
