ERIC DEMUTH Cabernet Sauvignon, Bei Ranch 2012

This Cabernet Sauvignon from Eric Demuth is sourced from the Bei Ranch Vineyard, which is situated less then 4 miles from the ocean and is believed to be the closest Cabernet Sauvignon planting to the Pacific. The 2012 is classic display of Cabernet Sauvignon, it opens up with stunning aromas of fresh blackberries, cherries and cassis, which are followed by rose petals, dusty minerals, forest floor and a touch of herbs that resonate through this wine. This Cabernet shows remarkable purity, structure and elegance with fine tannins, flowing into the long, pretty finish. (Best 2017-2030) - September, 2015 (MD)
