The 2014 'La Bernardine' Blanc is made from 100% Grenache Blanc and offers elegant and complex aromas of aromas of Asian pear, granny smith apple, and fresh spring flowers, laced together with a touch of honey, pineapple and fresh mineral. On the palate it has a soft texture with layers of fresh apple and honey all leading into the long mineral driven finish. Give this a year to develop in the bottle and enjoy over the next decade.
