This delicious wine comes from the 1st growth Nyulászó vineyard and is a blend of Furmint, Hárslevelű and Muscat de Lunel. The growing season was characterized by a mild winter and late Indian summer which led to a small amount of Muscat being added to the blend. The wine has rich aromas reminiscent of orange marmalade, lemon rind, and golden delcious apple. This leads to flavors of mango, Key Lime pie and honey. This is an impressive effort that has a nice mineral and saline streak. (Best 2015-2035) - November, 2015 (OB)
