The wine has 25% Viognier blended into the Sauvignon Blanc. This wine starts with aromas of lemongrass, orange blossoms and Pink Lady apple. This leads to rich flavors reminiscent of starfruit, Meyer lemon oil, cantaloupe and Gala apple. The mouthfeel and structure makes this very difficult to resist right now.
