MASSICAN 'Gemina' 2015

The 2015 Gemina from Massican is a blend of 69% Pinot Grigio and 31% Greco. In past vintages, Gemina was primarily Greco. However, winemaker Dan Petroski had about 50% less Greco in 2015, so decided to use primarily Pinot Grigio in the blend. The result is a very accessible and fresh white. It has a light golden color with delicate aromas of fresh white peach, tangerine, fresh fennel, and spring flowers, which all come together beautifully. It has a gorgeous texture with flavors of fresh citrus fruit, hints of dried herb and a touch of honey. It remains extremely well balanced through the crisp, vibrant finish.
