The 2013 'Estate' Cabernet Sauvignon from Revana is another completely stunning effort in this vintage. This Cabernet is Clone 7 and Clone 337 from St. Helena, and displays an ultra-dark presence with intense aromatics of mocha, anise, cherry reduction, crème de cassis and graphite. There are profound flavors of crème de cassis, anise, roasted coffee and creosote. Today this is definitely displaying a seductive quality, but try to resist this wine for at least two more years.
