Even more compelling than their standard botlting, is the 'Proprietary' Sauvingon Blanc. The wine opens with lovely aromatics of cut grass, green papaya, Marcona almond, crushed white flowers and hints of Granny Smith apple. There are bright flavors of lychee, mango, pink grapefruit and Pink Lady apple throughtout. This is an exceedingly delicious Sauvignon Blanc which is drinking beautifully today.
