2013 is the domaines’ first vintage bottled under the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation and its a simply spectacular showing. This was fermented in stainless-steel tanks, prior to 12 months in oak casks. It instantly opening with gorgeous aromas of citrus fruits and white peach along with saline, crushed almond and hints of flinty minerals which all come together beautifully. It displays a gorgeous texture and is balanced with a lovely touch of acidity. It continues to impress with outstanding balance and precision before ending with a mineral-laced finish. This is already showing excellent and under the right conditions this could cellar beyond a decade. (Best 2017-2026) - September, 2016 (JD)
