The 2009 Cabernet Franc is a fantastic showing with inviting aromas of blackberries and cherries woven together with green pepper, tarragon and exotic spices. On the palate this is beautifully balanced with notable depth and well structured with a gorgeous round texture leading to the lingering finish. Today this is already impressive and should continue to drink well over the course of the next decade. This spent 18 to 24 months in 225 L new French oak barrels, bottled unfiltered and bottle aged for a year. (Best 2016-2027) - December, 2016 (JD)
