The 2015 Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Kabinett from J.J. Prüm is a gorgeous wine which opens to inviting aromatics of lime, passion fruit, white floral, dried herbs, minerals and white tea, which all come together and burst from the glass. On the palate this is simply delightful, as it displays remarkable balance and finesse, with a beautiful seamless texture. This is an absolutely beautiful Riesling which is delicious now, but should continue to drink well for at least another decade. (Best 2017-2030) - January, 2017 (JD)
