The 2013 'Altenasso' Barolo is a fresh and inviting with lovely characteristics of strawberries and white cherries woven together with wet stones, dried floral and spices all taking shape in the glass. It shows excellent balance and focus with nicely integrated tannins and a silky texture that takes you into the pretty finish. This should continue to do so over the next decade.
