The 2015 Cold Creek Vineyard Chardonnay opens to aromatics of crème brûlée, brioche toast and Meyer lemon. Viscous and showing nice weight on the mid-palate, this wine builds into ripe flavors of cantaloupe, vanilla crème brûlée, Pink Lady apple and suggestions of nutmeg.
