This is the first vintage that Hall has produced the ‘Terra Secca’ Cabernet Sauvignon which translates to 'dry earth'. Aged 22 Months in 65% New French Oak, this wine opens with a bouquet of crème de cassis, exotic spices, coffee grounds and anise with sandalwood accents. Dense and concentrated, flavors of baking spice, coffee, cigar box and crème de cassis flavors persist through a plush, velvety texture which glides effortlessly into the layered finish. This is another gorgeous wine made by the winemaking team at Hall. (Best 2017-2030) - August, 2017 (OB)
