DOMAINE SERENE Pinot Noir 'Aspect' 2014

The Domaine Serene 'Aspect' is another outstanding wine made from the esteemed 2014 vintage. Sourced from the Dundee Hills, the 'Aspect' Pinot Noir is made to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the estate and showcases the East, South and West exposures of the Evenstad estate. The wine begins with aromas of black truffle, black tea, and black cherry compote. Simply delicious, this has an intense dark fruit flavor profile with earthy tones of black truffle and peat moss. Finishing long with dark fruits and vanilla, this is an absolutely scintillating effort by Domaine Serene. While this is already utterly compelling I expect it will age gracefully and continue to drink beautifully for years to come. (Best 2017-2030) - October, 2017 (OB)
