The Estate White is composed largely of Grenache Blanc (47%) and Viognier (39%). It begins with inviting aromas of lemon blossom, lychee and baked apples which leap from the glass. On the palate this is beautifully textured with flavors of green apple, lychee and poached pear. This is a lithe and delicious white wine which is showing incredibly well now.
