The 2016 Signature Chenin Blanc is a lovely showing from Chappellet. Iy opens to bright aromatics of white peach, gooseberries and a touch of citrus along with blossoms and a dried herb character adding complexity. On the palate this is well balanced with racy acidity, which persists through the vibrant finish. Overall, this is a lovely, refined Chenin Blanc, that is drinking beautifully right now.
