The 2016 Ribolla Gialla from Meroi is very impressive. It offers inviting aromatics of tropical fruit, crushed almond, pear and spring flowers, underlined by salinity and hints of green apple. The texture is gorgeous, displaying notable depth and focus, all highlighted by streaks of minerality leading into the long finish.
