The 2016 Clos Saint Michel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is a blend of 30% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette, 20% Roussanne and 20% Bourboulenc. It shows lovely aromas of spring flowers, vanilla blossom, beeswax, and citrus. On the palate this is elegant and light on its feet. I ecpect this will continue to develop over the next 8-10 years.
