This beautiful Rosé of Pinot Noir was pressed and then stored in neutral oak prior to bottling. Unfined and unfiltered, this is one of the best of its kind from winemaker Brian Marcy of Big Table Farm. This instantly impresses with its wonderful vibrance and verve, followed by gorgeous characteristics of ripe strawberries and guava purée which soar from the glass. The palate is nearly irresistible with cranberries, white cherries and orange zest undertones. This is richly textured, yet the underlying acidity makes it highly refreshing. This is one of the finest Rosé wines in all of North America.
