Wow, the 2007 Cuvelier de Los Andes Grand Vin is delicious. This has an opaque glass staining color with gorgeous aromas and flavors of black fruits, figs, coffee, pain grille, char and violets. Full-bodied and layered with beautiful round polished tannins and a long mouth-coating finish. This terrific blend of 73% Malbec, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot was aged in 100% in French oak barrels for 18 months. - March, 2012. (JD)
