A stunning effort, so dense and concentrated, almost port-like with black and blue fruit reduction, coffee, olive, spice and earth notes.Big and powerful but has the structure to keep everything in place. I Would really like to see this again 10-15 years. Only grapes grown on the Waugh’s property are used, making it truly an estate wine. (Best 2011-2026) - July, 2009 (JD)
