This southeastern facing vineyard is at the foot of Hochrain and is set on sedimentary soils. The highly perfumed nose takes on white rose, nectarine and lychee. On the plate this is ripe and expressive, showing an excellent viscosity, as the wine unveils lively wet stone, lychee, Pazazz apple and kumquat flavors that sit alongside the wonderful tension. Overall this is a stunning wine which should continue to evolve gracefully in the cellar.
