CHATEAU SAINT-HUBERT St. Emilion Grand Cru 2009

The 2009 Chateau Saint-Hubert delivers dark cherry, tobacco, loamy soil, crushed stone and even some cola notes. Well-structured with a full body that is light on its feet. Soft, silky and refined, with a solid finish. This is a 2009 that you can approach now or cellar it for the short term. Composed of 60% merlot, 20% cabernet franc, 20% cabernet sauvignon. (Drink 2012-2019) - April, 2012. (JD)
