The 1990 Château Figeac delivers gorgeous aromas of intense minerals and rocks, to go along with the bright plum and black cherry fruits. On the palate were flavors of tar and saddle leather to go along with the beautiful sweet dark fruits. The flavors were seamless in the transition from palate to the silky, soft and long lingering finish. A beautiful wine that should provide another 5-10 years of elegant drinking.
